Skyline Luge Singapore has claimed the title of Sentosa's number one attraction since opening in August 2005, offering a uniquely thrilling yet accessible gravity-fuelled ride that appeals to everyone from young children to grandparents. The concept is beautifully simple: hop into a three-wheeled Luge cart, control your speed with easy-to-master handlebars, then let gravity pull you down purpose-built tracks that wind through mystical forest landscapes. With four distinct tracks spanning over 2.6km – Jungle, Kupu Kupu, Expedition, and Dragon – plus a scenic Skyride chairlift providing the uphill journey, you're looking at hours of entertainment rather than a one-and-done experience.
What makes Luge particularly special is how it democratises thrill-seeking. Unlike roller coasters that operate at fixed speeds, Luge puts you in complete control – go as fast as you dare around hairpin corners and through exhilarating tunnels, or take it easy and enjoy the tropical scenery. The tracks light up after sundown for Night Luge, transforming the experience into something almost magical as you navigate the glowing course under the stars. The Skyride chairlift isn't just transportation; it's an attraction itself, offering panoramic views across Sentosa Island and the southern coastline that make the journey back to the top nearly as enjoyable as the ride down.
Located at 1 Imbiah Road, the attraction maintains strict safety standards including mandatory helmet requirements, ensuring peace of mind for parents while kids experience their first taste of speed. The combination of accessibility, repeatability (nobody does just one run), and genuine fun factor explains why Skyline Luge consistently ranks as visitors' favourite Sentosa activity. Whether you're planning a family day out or seeking an adrenaline fix, Luge delivers.

👎👎👎 RUDE STAFF = outstanding features here.
The guy in the picture below shouted at riders when instructing how to ride. He did not give a clear instruction by telling riders to pull back and HOLD. He just kept shouting at riders and say Pull back. Excuse me??? This might cause the riders to think we were just testing the positions of the holder before riding.
What a rude and unprofessional staff! If he is not calm and patient, quit the tourism industry. It's my 4th time in Singapore but the 1st time I experienced such a terrible service in Singapore
Been reading a lot of comments about the rudeness of staff here but it seems Skyline Luge doesn't care about customers' experience.
👎 Bought the ticket at 11. A.m. . When you get through, still need to wait for at least an hour for your first ride.
🔻 The rides are short and not challenging at all.

Sentosa Skyline Luge: An Unforgettable Thrill!
The Skyline Luge in Sentosa (Singapore) is an absolute must-do, and it's easily one of the best attractions on the island! If you're visiting with family, especially kids, this is an experience you won't want to miss.
What makes it so great is its simple, pure fun. You're given a small, easy-to-handle luge cart and sent on a thrilling downhill ride, winding your way down a scenic track. The rush of racing down the slopes is exhilarating for both kids and adults alike! Once you reach the bottom, a scenic chairlift whisks you back up to the top, offering breathtaking views of Sentosa and the surrounding area.
With multiple tracks to choose from, each offering a unique and exciting ride, you'll want to go again and again. So, when you're in Sentosa, make sure you don't pass up this incredible adventure—it's a memory you'll cherish for a lifetime!

My partner and I had a blast. We booked our tickets a few weeks in advance to ensure we got our desired time slot.
We booked the 4 ride combo and paid for 1 picture. The rides are pretty short, however it’s really fun to experience it.
For the first ride they will go through a mini training session to show you how to use the carts, then the rides after you go to a separate line without training.
We were there from opening at 10AM - 11:30AM. I recommend going early to reduce time spent lining up.
Since the entire attraction is outdoors, it was very hot and sunny, so make sure you bring sunscreen and water. I brought a shoulder bag and my partner brought a backpack, it didn’t hinder the activity at all.
I also liked how they clean the helmets and carts after each rider. I would definitely recommend coming here for a fun activity. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Skyline Luge Sentosa is one of the most popular rides on the island, offering fun for all ages.
The experience begins with a scenic sky lift that provides stunning views of the Sentosa coastline—a great photo opportunity and a relaxing start.
After reaching the top, you’ll zoom down the hill on a luge, a thrilling gravity-powered ride with various tracks to choose from.
It’s best to go during the daytime to fully enjoy the panoramic views. While the ride is quite pricey, there are often promotions available, so it's worth checking in advance.
Be prepared for long weekend queues, which can stretch over an hour.

Definitely a must try!!! This is one for adventure! The staff are caring and careful. Please be careful when going down the sky ride and driving the luge. Please be mindful of other driver because the roads merge into one and theres a risk of collision.

We visited Skyline Luge Sentosa around 12 PM and had a wonderful experience I totally loved it!
The luge ride offers just the right mix of fun and thrill. Even at midday, the view was amazing, and the track is super enjoyable, especially as you pick up speed while winding down the hill. For just $12, it’s definitely worth it.
One of the best parts is the skyride that takes you up to the starting point—it gives you a bit of a height thrill and offers great views of the surrounding area. I’d definitely recommend going around sunset if you can, as the views at that time must be even more stunning.
If you're looking for a fun, slightly adventurous activity in Sentosa, this is a must-do!
