All self service. Total got 3 machine for order and just key in the buzzer number. Just go back to your seat and wait for the buzzer to ring. Overall the burger is alright. Fries is too salty.

A pity that McDonald’s is no longer here at Beach Station but happy that Shake Shack is here to take its place. Food is definitely more pricey in Sentosa but nothing beats a good burger after a long day at the beach.
Expect to spend $10-15 for a burger. Seats are limited due to the large number of families here, but turnover is fast and it wouldn’t be difficult to find a seat.
The new Caesar Chicken burger is quite unique and worth a try esp for non-beef eaters, if not go for the classic ShackStack.
Sentosa Islanders can use their birthday vouchers here.

Came here on, a busy Saturday evening. Limited seats, food order was slightly longer but understandable. Wait for food was fine. Perhaps need more emhpasize on cleaning tables even though patrons clear their trays after meals, still need the tables to be cleaned, maybe understaffed.

Great that they opened an outlet here on sentosa. Provides visitors with a great burger option.
Fantastically located right next to the beach station.
Burgers tasted great, milkshake even more so.

Rude staff member at the counter. The outlet was busy and I approached the counter to ask if we would be able to place the order at the counter, she simply asked if we were paying with cash. She just rudely pointed to the queue at the ordering machines seemingly shooing us from the counter. Rubbish attitude! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. What is the purpose of the machines at the counter if it’s not for ordering? The staff made no effort to ease the queues at the self service machines. The pagers were depleted and not replenished. One self service machine was out of order and no staff was available to assist at the self service machines. This was my third visit here but this time it is absolutely disappointing.

My first time at Shake Shack and Boy was it great?! Walking in, we entered a lovely long room with a fun, happy vibe. My family ordered 3 burgers, 2 beef and a chicken one, 1 chicken bites, fries, and 3 drinks. At first glance the burgers seemed a bit small however once we took our first bites we realised why. It was such a wonderful taste for all of the burgers. The chicken was soft and tender, and the beef melted in our mouths and was so delicious. Also the chips and the chicken were great. You can choose sauces as well. So good. Totally recommend.

Grabbed a burger while hanging out at Sentosa,tastes good, juicy, and hits the spot. Not the best burger I’ve ever had, but definitely enjoyable.
If you’re around and looking for a quick lunch, this could be a nice option.

I ordered the pandam milkshake, which can only be bought at Shake Shacks in Singapore. It was absolutely delicious, one of the nicest milkshakes I've had!

The counter service staff were welcoming and patient with our orders and usage of vouchers. The burgers definitely tasted much better than those we had at the Shake Shack in UK. The shrooms burger was crispy on the outside yet oozing with cheese with each bite, the portobello mushrooms were very juicy too! The plain double cheese burger was also an absolute delight. The only thing to work on will be the cheese topping on the cheesy fries, too milky and not cheesy. We will order the regular fries next time! Lemonade is also too sour for those with weak gastric. Don’t order that if you have gastric problems. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch experience here! The counter service staff definitely enhanced our experience there! I would highly recommend a visit to this outlet compared to the other outlets in Singapore!

Review: This is the second outlet I'm having Shake Shack at, the first was jewel changi, and oh boy, I'm impressed by this outlet even more. Located right near to Beach Station, this outlet wasn't too crowded when I entered, and it was sparkling clean! I love the atmosphere despite the loud noise from some families, but the staff were very friendly and willing to help! Food was served in less than 5 minutes, which is impressive! Yes, shake shack in Singapore might be expensive, but the food is extremely delicious! [not the drinks though.. $5+ for an apple juice is crazy]
