I ordered a mango with berries smoothie and it sounded good, but then when they were preparing it I noticed the mango wasn't real mango, it was a concentrate full of sugar 😐 I didn't see if the berries were real, probably not. The smoothie tasted all but natural, the price was 9 dollars so nothing cheap. It is not worth it at all, 2 stars because the lady was nice, that's all.

I visit your store 4-5 times in a week at different branches to get my daily fruits. Most of the time the experience was ok, fast service, fass free transactions. Besides today during my visit at Vivocity branch around 2:10-2:15pm. There was no customer in the queue, so I took down my earpiece and ordered two slices of fruit when I was on my meeting calls. However, your service crew an indian guy was talking loudly to me that " I cannot hear you. You can hear yourself and I cannot hear you." Then I took down my earpiece again and repeated my order with a higher volume. Then he keyed only 1 of my items. So I had to took down my earpiece and repeat the 3rd time patiently. Where your staff started to shout to me that he cannot hear and repeat the same thing. I did not want to argue with him and just took my item and left with such disappointed service. I don't think I deserve the rude service from the staff. And I do not expect any exceptional service or even a smile from the staff but at least be polite to customers without shouting.

I passed by this shop today while in Vivo City. I saw many people ordering, so I decided to get something to. Wide variety of juices and fresh fruit. I ordered a juice with watermelon, apple and pineapple. The staff prepared it immediately infront of my eyes. I really liked it. As I now wanted to save this locations on Google maps for my next visit, I noticed all the bad reviews. I can only speak for my visit, but on the morning of 31st of May 2025, the staff was friendly and the fruit fresh :)

Reached at 9.50pm tried to get a juice but was turned down (was told “no more already) even before I ordered. According to Google, your business hours are apparently up till 9.30pm.
Look at the 2 photos, taken at 9.51pm. Your staff were still willing to sell to these 2 customers, but were unwilling to sell juice to me even before I ordered. Is this how you do business??

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST DRINK! I ORDERED AVOCADO SHAKE YESTERDAY (8 July 2024), TASTED LIKE VANILLA SHAKE! THEY CUT COST THE FRUITS. BETTER GO JEWEL INSTEAD. GOOD SERVICE AND DRINK VERY NICE.

Went to get some fruits, bought a pice of watermelon and a pack of guava.
Was in the rush and didn’t really check. But turn out to be rotten guava!

Great place to get your healthy beverage fix! love how their menu is detailed with information on the benefits of each juice combi. Waiting time around 7-10 minutes for 3 drinks.

I ordered the strawberry sunrise fruit juice from this shop today and I came down with bad food poisoning. I am someone who is very grateful for shops that sell freshly squeezed juices. And this experience has made me feel so disappointed with the poor hygiene levels at this store. Please ask your staff to clean their hands, use clean gloves, wash the fruits well, clean the equipment and all the surfaces that come into contact with the fruit well.

WHAT A RIP OFF! 20 Oct 2024 1.25pm purchased a juice. Told the staff NO ICE. He forgot! But instead he just take out the ice and say “it is like that one” when i asked and just handed to me. I paid extra for no ice and this is what i get?? Owner please pay attention to your staff service, if this is your standard, who dare to repurchase is your store again?
