I was here in July right after I finished eating at Shake Shack, Theo came into the store and the employee didn't give me a song she peed I just rolled my eyes and saw her eyes But she chose no Go to advise me, I chose one myself but couldn't find it I had to go give her a picture of the Sephora lipstick in color 05, I didn't know what color it was and my English wasn't very good so I said just take the same but she seemed to want to make it difficult for me kept asking "what color do you want?" When I said I didn't know just take the same she took I randomly took the 05 and gave me a card with her name on it and told me "you know where to pay right?" Then she walked away to advise someone else seeing as I didn't even advise me. The lipstick ~400 vnd is quite expensive in vietnam if i order it it will be cheaper and not be looked down upon, i don't even have a paper bag 🙂😒 this is 9/2/2025 and i went to sephora somewhere else, their service is too good so i think your place is too bad !! No see you again !!

Awesome service by Nelia Semana!! She explained the Dr Jart+ products so well and it was really educational. We ended up buying more cause of the great deal!!

After several visits with rude customer service at this store, I am finally making a review. Today there was a very long queue and 1 cashier. After waiting a long time in the queue, another employee finally came to the register. The employee pulled someone from the middle of the queue to the register to help her. When I asked why she didn’t take the front of the queue, she very rudely responded “she’s MY customer.”
The staff in this store have a terrible attitude and I’m tired of letting it go. Pic of today’s rude employee.

I went to Sephora Vivo looking for foundation, and was very fortunate to be assisted by Gail who gave me a wonderful shopping experience. She was very professional in giving information and advice, and very patient in testing various brands that met with my criteria. When we finally settled on Clinique #63, regretfully it was out of stock throughout Sephora in Singapore, so I couldn't purchase it through Gail.
