Came for dim sum at Jiah Xiang. Too early, none of the other shops are open. But looked a bit run down.

Dont bother. Hardly anything of value. Plus food and massage all more Expensive than KSL. Place looks sleazy too. Feel so unsafe here. Not coming back. Not worth the effort.

Maybe I went at the wrong time but it was pretty dead. Most of the shops were closed.

The place has been standing there for years, the shops are mostly massage and karaoke lounge. Lots of parking available from the second floor over so you will never have to fight a lot. The toilets are terrible is very dirty and there's no toilet paper. However in the spa, the bathroom and swimming pool and loss of good stuff. There are some small food available at the basement floor which is good enough to fill your tummy
