If you’re looking for 2-3 days of pure entertainment, look no further! Sentosa Island has something for everyone! The activities are so varied and fun. There’s something for the nature lover, the beach bum, the foodie, the resort enthusiast and of course the theme park head! The resort are fantastic with lots of interesting amenities. Nothing is inexpensive, but everything is available, and the distances are not an issue because the entire island is connected by a variety of modes of transport. We had an excellent three days, combing the entire island and partaking in a variety of activities, including Universal Studios, the cable car, outdoor sports, scent making class etc

Beautiful resort island where you get to enjoy lots of activities on the Sandy beaches. There's also the Universal Studios with lots of roller coasters, there's a madame Tussauds, there's an aquatic world among so many other things. I reckon you can easily spend the whole day there or even the whole weekend by staying in one of the resorts on the spot.

Sentosa Island is truly a world-class destination that offers something for everyone. From stunning beaches like Siloso and Palawan to adrenaline-pumping attractions such as AJ Hackett and Skyline Luge, the island is a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. We spent the entire day exploring and still felt like there was more to see. The highlight for us was the S.E.A. Aquarium—one of the largest in the world, with beautifully designed exhibits and an astonishing variety of marine life. Getting around the island is easy with the free buses and trams, and everything is well-signposted. We also took the cable car from Mount Faber for an amazing panoramic view of the island and the surrounding waters. Sentosa is clean, safe, and very family-friendly, but also caters well to couples and groups of friends. Food and drink options are plentiful, ranging from beachside cafés to high-end dining. It’s a must-visit if you're in Singapore, especially for first-timers or those looking to escape the urban pace for a day.

So much to see at Sentosa especially if you’re visiting with kids. You can either walk (which is free), take the cable car, monorail or drive in. Grab can take you in as well with an additional charge. You’ll probably need several trips in if you’re planning on doing all the attractions. We made 3 separate trips for Universal Studios, SEA Aquarium, Wings of Fire and the Waterpark. Make sure you bring an umbrella, water, hat and sunblock as the weather changes easily. The Klook and Sentosa app often have cheap deals so do check them out prior to your trip. I’ve attached pictures of our time at Sentosa during the multiple visits.

Sentosa Island is pure fun—sunny beaches by day, dazzling shows by night. I loved chilling at the beach, then catching the Wings of Time light show after sunset—magical! It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable moments.

Visiting Sentosa Island with my family was an unforgettable experience filled with fun, adventure, and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt like a perfect escape from the hustle of city life. We started our day at the S.E.A. Aquarium, which left our daughter wide-eyed with wonder at the sight of sharks, manta rays, and vibrant coral reefs. The interactive exhibits kept her engaged and excited throughout.
Next, we enjoyed a thrilling ride on the Skyline Luge, which was a hit with both kids and adults. It was the perfect mix of adrenaline and scenic beauty. The beaches—especially Palawan—were clean, safe, and great for a relaxing family picnic. The suspension bridge there added an element of fun and photo opportunities.
Universal Studios Singapore was the highlight of our trip. The rides, themed zones, and live shows were top-notch, making the day incredibly memorable. Dining options on Sentosa were diverse and family-friendly, with something for every palate.
We ended our visit with the Wings of Time show, a stunning display of water, lights, and fireworks that mesmerized all of us.
Sentosa Island is an ideal family destination, blending adventure, education, and relaxation seamlessly. We left with smiles, memories, and a promise to return!

Sentosa Island! 🌴✨ First off, the drive was super smooth thanks to our private tour experience 🚐🙌. Getting in was a breeze—just scan your ticket and boom… you’re on the cable sky cars 🚡. Honestly, what a technology! Hanging on a strong steel rope 💪, the cars glide you straight to the island itself, and the view is everything.
Once on the island, it feels endless—there’s literally a thousand things to do, you could spend eternity there and still think it was just a day 😍. From brushing shoulders with parrots 🦜 and snakes 🐍, to spotting chipmunks scurrying past 🐿️ and being wowed by countless free-roaming peacocks 🦚… it’s nature at its best. Sentosa is just pure magic on an island 🏝💫.
