very helpful staff. home kitchen tap spoilt and need to find a replacement which couldn't be easily found in neighbourhood hardware ship. give a call to the shop in vivo and they are very helpful to advise me thru whatsapp cum search stocks for me. although eventually i didn't get item from them this time, will visit them when theres a need in future.

Felt welcomed with very helpful friendly staff at store. I bought paint and all tools, got sincere advice based on needs and novice stand. Store is slightly narrow in paths but overall has almost all that one needs to DIY at home.

Went to other branches and was told only this branch has the digital door locks. Was assisted by a gentleman named Kenny. He was very helpful and answered my queries as best as he could. When he was unable to do so because it was a new product, he called up his HQ to find out more. It's definitely the place to go to for top-notch service.

Kenny was a big big help! I called selffix searching for an adaptor for my washing machine. He gave me his phone number so that I could send him a photo of my hose so that he knew what to recommend. Upon reaching, he demonstrated to me how to connect the adaptor and allow me to try connecting it myself. The washing machine is working out fine. So grateful! Thanks again Kenny!

Staff are helpful and friendly. Easy to find common items like lightbulbs, bathroom accessories. Exchange is possible if products don't fit.

This is a very small shop with a minimal selection of diy products (unless you want a home safe because there is a large selection). I don't expect a Home Depot (USA) size store or an Indonesian sized Ace Hardware but come on, this is ridiculous. Yes, people do shop here and purchase merchandise but it's because there is no other option
