Had breakfast included as part of my stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort. We were quickly welcomed by a staff named Siti who showed us to our seat. She informed us that coffee was self served but she would take our request for eggs to be served. We informed her and quickly headed to the buffet that was served.
Loved the simple spread. There was variety of bread and spreads, salads, pastries and kuehs. At another station, they had porridge and condiments set up.
By the time we returned to our table, Siti had already served us our scrambled eggs. As I was eating, I saw other staff members attentively serving other hotel guests too. Our empty plates were cleared quickly.
Overall, I liked its ambience and staff members. I also liked the fact that the place was also brightly lit up.
Kudos to the staff of Sanctuary Tearoom for your friendliness and efficiency.

Food was nice. Especially the Nonya kueh served at breakfast table. Eggs were perfectly done!
MJ was really friendly and makes me feel so at home. She remembers my name after my 1st day breakfast and I was really happy to see her when she greeted me again on my 2nd day breakfast.

Superb service stuff, food was delicious including the crab linguini and XO fish noodles soup, however there are still a number of houseflies despite having 2 fly zapping devices installed near the buffet line and at the far end of the restaurant.

During our staycation, we had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the tearoom, and it was truly a delightful experience. The ambiance was serene and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing morning.
What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the team of friendly and professional dining staff, led by the capable and charismatic AJ. A special shoutout to Jerome and Jennifer, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest was comfortable and well-attended to. Their genuine warmth, attention to detail, and positive work attitudes were remarkable.

I brought my family for dinner yesteday. Jennifer was extremely warm, kind and helpful towards us. She was patient with the few questions I had about the menu. The ambience is great with the surrounding greenery. The fish bee Hoon soup was hawker food elevated to a professional level. We love this place.
