I had an absolutely fantastic time at the 2025 Rolex novelties event at RWS, all thanks to Steven's generous invitation.
The event was a perfect blend of luxury and horological excellence. Getting a first look at the new Rolex releases, especially the Daytona, GMT-Master II, Oyster perpetual, was a highlight.

I have visited the Swiss Watch Gallery a couple of times and Wendy has been awesome. I was able to buy a piece that was not on my original list but Wendy informed me of the availability. Awesome and courteous experience and I hope to add more that I don’t currently have on my list including platinum versions. There were quite a few two toned models but not to my liking. Wendy, call me when you have received my pieces. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an exclusive private viewing event for the newly launched 2025 Rolex luxury timepieces and it was a surreal experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by non other than Mr Michael Teh, my long time sales associate at Rolex Resorts World Sentosa.
The atmosphere was refined and welcoming, with Michael offering me insights into the latest Rolex watch’s craftsmanship and heritage.
The new models are a stunning to look at up close, especially the new Rolex Land-Dweller and the turquoise dial Rolex Daytona. Being able to examine it up close, with expert guidance, added a whole new level of appreciation.

Visited the boutique on 16th August and was served by Michael. Me and my partner really enjoyed the whole experience as he was very patient throughout our visit. Michael took down the models we were interested and also showed us some of the newest models on display, many of which was not available in other boutiques.
The hospitality we got during our time just felt different. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and really appreciate Michael for making our afternoon stopover an enjoyable one.

Chanced upon the RWS boutique some time back and had a great time discussing about watches with Michael, whom served me with so much hospitality even though there was nothing available for purchase. He’d even let me try out the watches with no hesitation!
Fast forward to last week when Michael messaged me that a watch I had indicated interest for was available for purchase! Made my way down and Michael served me with the same, great hospitality as before. It wasn’t just a mundane purchase transaction, the conversations went beyond watches, but also personal stories. Time passed so quickly within and I was almost late for my dinner!
It was really a pleasant and memorable experience for my first ever Rolex purchase. Thank you to Michael and the RWS boutique team! Looking forward to the next one! :P
