🟧 My husband and I visited the Resorts World Sentosa Casino entrance during our day at Sentosa.
➡️ As Singaporeans, we chose not to enter, because there’s a mandatory entry levy of SGD150 per person for locals and permanent residents — which can add up quickly if you’re just curious to take a look inside.
🟪 Foreigners and tourists, however, can enter for free by showing their passports — definitely something to keep in mind if you’re visiting from overseas and want to try your luck.
🟦 We only check out the entrance area and facade, which looks impressive and grand, and took some photos of the nearby transport signs and drop-off points for future reference.
🟠The casino is centrally located within Resorts World Sentosa, so it’s easy to find if you’re already exploring nearby attractions like Universal Studios Singapore, the Singapore
Oceanarium or Weave Mall.
⚫️ Even though we didn’t go in, it was interesting to see the buzz around the entrance. 🟪 If you’re a tourist and enjoy casinos, it’s a convenient stop in the heart of Sentosa’s entertainment zone.

The reception and security staff at the casino displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior. While it is clearly stated that individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted, repeatedly approaching and confronting customers accompanied by children is unnecessary and creates a negative experience. A single, respectful reminder would be sufficient and more appropriate.

Our recent visit to the Casino at Sentosa was deeply disappointing. As tourists, we were denied entry simply because we were not carrying our original passports. Despite offering to show digital copies alongside our national ID cards (from our country of residence), the staff were adamant about requiring only original passports, with no exceptions.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of clear communication—nowhere on the official website, booking platforms, or tourist information was it explicitly mentioned that original passports are mandatory for entry. This oversight is highly inconvenient for tourists who may not carry their passports at all times, especially when visiting an island destination like Sentosa.
To make matters worse, a staff member in a light blue shirt was particularly rude and dismissive. He failed to explain the policy properly, refused to listen, and left us feeling unwelcome and unheard.
Suggestion: Please make the passport requirement highly visible and clearly communicated across all relevant platforms, including at entry points, websites, and brochures. It’s unreasonable to expect tourists to return all the way to their hotel just to retrieve a document that could easily be verified with a secure digital or ID backup.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory, especially from a tourist’s perspective who expects hospitality and clear communication in a world-class destination like Singapore.

Harvest Mall is located inside RWS casino. Free meal for VIP member. Food is good and great environment. Only thing is this meal might cost you a fortune.

Guests staying in RWS hotels need to show QRcode when using Taxi or HailCar to get into the Isle or get charged a toll of SGD$6 each time.
It's so silly.
How do you expect the guest to get the QRcode before checking in?

So worse experience for the membership application ,very impolite staff, definitely racist, the staff(woman) without name card was very impolite, and not willing to help us. She asked why we have the passport from our country , saying that the birth place of us not there, what a stupid question. Worst casino service I've ever encountered.

I was at the casino around end of October 2024.
Entrance was very easy with the present of passport and ICA confirmation email.
It was my first time so I had to make a member card, which is free. After filling some personal information, it take 5 mins to finish which was quick.
Now I could enter the poker area, blind are 5/10 or 10/20 ... but because no one played with blinds 5/10 so I joined the 10/20$ table. It was 14h30 and there was only 2 tables open (total 4 tables).
I played until 8 PM and there were only 3 tables open. Maybe it was in week day so not much peoples could participate.
It was fun, even blind is quite big for me. If they have more variable of blind (1/2$, 2/3$ ...) it may attract more peoples. Players were also nice, I did had some chit/chat and they were open to discuss hands.
I will def return when I come back to Singapore.

I really enjoy the free parking benefit as a Gold Card holder, super convenient in terms of free-parking! The people gambling there are surprisingly friendly and have great teamwork, haha. Always a fun and welcoming vibe whenever I drop by.

Very spacious, many slot machines, Roulette tables/screens, Baccarat, Black Jack etc. Roulette from 1SGD, 2,5,10 and so on except BJck which was 25SGD min. Do not forget to carry Cash Currency, No ATM inside the Casino, but located near to the entry of casino. Easy cash out systems inside casino. For foreigners generate DE number online (must). Carry your passport(must), No entry fee for foreigners. Multiple entries allowed. I stayed at Ora hotel, Casino is right at the doorstep of the hotel. Table Min. Bets changes in morning as compared to Night.
