Pei San was patient in our request for the cake order. She ensured that we were able to have the change of date so that we are able to enjoy the cake during this festive season. Polar Cakes is my go to for pastry and cakes, love their curry puffs and chicken pies. Their cakes are great as well with competitive pricing. Do look out for their promotional items. Again thanks to Pei San for her attention to details and service

Very bad service! The staff very rude. I come at 9.55 Bcs she put at there the signboard open at 10.00am so I’m waiting there. Then after that already 10.05 she still not take my order and throw some stuff at there like angry. I always buy polar puffs but nvr get this king of experience before!

Super bad device, they don’t seems to care about our reviews anyway, would not be buying any polar products anymore!! So many bakery out there, and they don’t seems to need business at all
