I didn’t get the girls’ names but was served by 2 ladies, they sounded Malaysians. Very patient, very accommodating, recommended shoes as per my questions, even offered to order the pair of sandals that was out of stock. Service is top notch and I will definitely come back! Didn’t expect Pazzion to have flats that are friendly to wide feet girlies so please give Pazzion a try.

Happy with purchase at vivocity outlet. Sales person Yong Qing and her team are friendly, efficient and helpful. Ambience is comfortable and good interior design.

The service at the VivoCity outlet is so much better compared to the Bugis branch. They didn’t have a pair in my size and offered to help reserve at a different branch despite being swamped with many tourists. Thanks to the tall good looking gentleman who helped me!

Really comfy shoes (if you buy the right types) and excellent service. Designs are also trendy and appealing. If you are a member you get 20% off your birthday month as well. They have quite a good range to cover casual needs to formal shoes. Only ladies shoes here.

Bought some work shoes and evening shoes from this store. They have great designs and if you like sparkles you will like their shoes. They are super comfortable especially the foldable shoes. Would definitely buy again!
