Had to wait a little while to get served but it’s fine. We’re back here for free After Sales Service. We needed some minor adjustments performed on our spectacles.
The staff was a petit girl and was very patient, helpful and proficient in her work. Highly recommend this outlet.
Only after I left a review then I saw the notice for the review. Wonder whether I can collect the lens cleaner when I’m back 😅

Customer service good; opticians also very professional. But the Care+ package could hv been better, qn pop to staff if said frame broken and need 1-1 exchange within valid timing but the same colour not available on site, can just take another colour frame of same design since able to hold the lens and make wearer able to function more impt. Answer: they will search for the original pair ( same colour) in other outlets. Hope the shop can be more understanding the anxiety of a spec wearer - getting a frame that fit and move on with daily life is more important than company policy.

Kenshin approached us and asked if we needed any assistance and he even helped me search for a similar pair of glasses. The eye test was great too and he was patient.

I ordered a set from this outlet, they failed to deliver it, never sent any message. I only came to know when I decided to go down to the shop 2 weeks after the delivery was scheduled. I was told I would be refunded the money in 10 working days, however I didn’t receive any refund till date. Cheat company.
