Horrible customer experience. Store does not accept returns despite the website offering returns within 14 days. This confusingly only applies to online orders but this is not stated clearly. You can only exchange in the store for items of the same or greater value with top up. The store prioritizes a single transaction over customer experience and loyalty.

We entered the shop and asked the staff if there were any discounts available. The staff member responded, “Not enough to offer a discount.” I jokingly said, “Well, maybe I’ll come back tomorrow for an interview and get the staff discount!” Without missing a beat, the staff member sarcastically replied, “Then I’ll resign. I don’t want to sell to you.” Vivo has many stores selling shoes, and while I don’t think you’re the best, your service is definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced.

worst customer experience ever. I asked to the salesman if I can return the shoes for exchange the size ( Christmas gift) after the 14 days due to the holidays. His boss said yes and confirn that exchange can be done for one month when I will be back from.overseas holidays. So I paid and asked to put this exchange tolerance date on the receipt and then the manager Wendy refused to put the one month tolerance grace (after initial agreeement) and asked me to return in day+1 after I land in Singapore w/o able to understand the situation and the fact that it is a Christmas gift. Poor customer centricity focusing only on cash collection...despite that I am an very customer...also wearing this brand myself today...maybe should move to another brand who understand the customer.

We had the pleasure of being served by salesman Chris. He was patient in handling all our enquiries and we eventually did not buy the shoe as we had reservations about the size. The store did not have the particular size we wanted. He event went further to check for the sizes at other stores islandwide and directed us to a store that had the best chance to get our shoe. Chris is a gem and his work deserves recognition from the management.

I would like to submit a compliment for your team member at Onitsuka Tiger VivoCity, Ms Iris Goh, for her excellent handling when we were trying to purchase my daughter’s shoes for her new school year. My daughter has autism and shoe-shopping has not been easy for the past few years, as she is unable to tolerate the process of trying on new shoes repeatedly for us to find the right size. Today we were looking at a pair of shoes at the store and we were most fortunate to have met Iris, who very patiently helped us look for the right sizes and gave positive encouragement to my daughter even as her resistance set in. She was also really thoughtful in helping us process the payment very quickly when my daughter was showing restlessness towards the end. Such little gestures of understanding goes a very long way for parents like us, who have often resorted to avoiding these situations and purchasing shoes by estimation(which didn’t fit well) . Thank you Iris, for extending us this kindness! Kudos!

I have no idea to give any star. Spoil my mood to buy a gift today at your store today. Great me at the counter but did not come to us introduced the items. And also not frdly staff n services too most of I touch last pieces and asking checking stock size mention no more size .
