She even took the initiative to check stock availability at another outlets when the item I was looking for was not available in your store. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my shopping experience memorable. JC's positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm were contagious. Visited the Oakley outlet at Vivocity to replace my scratched lens and was initially disappointed to learn that scratches aren't covered under warranty. Despite this, I decided to pay for the replacement, thanks to the patience and friendliness of the staff, particularly David. This outlet excels in customer service, managing to transform my initial frustration into a very positive experience. Thank you, David, for your excellent service!

Came here to make prescription lenses for my Oakleys. David was so patient and helpful with assisting me, and Joyce the optician was very professional and friendly! What fantastic service, the lenses were ready within a week as well. Do call and make an appointment beforehand if you're planning to get prescription lenses done up. Highly recommended!
