I sat in that place for 2 hours and 40 mins. The manicurist kept telling me to stay awake if not she couldn’t paint my nails right. I kept awake thinking maybe and hour would have been alright. She was unable to paint the design I wanted despite multiple times of trying. I switched to a simpler design for her and in the end she still couldn’t and asked her friend to help her with the white parts. And it now makes my hand look fat. The longest I’ve been in a nail salon to do a design harder then this with the prints all that was max 2 hours. Never coming with 3 hours with a design that had no pictures or anything on it. And I’m charged $132. It’s really not worth the time and money

Been here for many years, the manicurists are friendly and good at what they do! Feel pampered (massage chairs a big plus!) and most importantly, nails are done well at the end of the session. Good variety of Spa services too! ❤️👍🏻

Think twice if they suggest a "spa" treatment. I just got ripped off SGD 875 for a mani-pedi, callus treatment, and a "spa." Why enjoy a five-star hotel spa for SGD 875 when one could instead have a mani-pedi and callus treatment? The logic is just... impeccable 👏👍 …

The staff was quite friendly but some of the services were not up to the mark. They used a nail drill to remove my gel nail paint quickly - no soak. My nails have been chipping ever since - for the first time in my life. I can still feel and see the scratches and difference in texture 45 days later. The nail paint they applied also chipped off in 2 days - with the top coat stripping off in a day. All this after I had to pay a Christmas surcharge additional!! This was at their VivoCity outlet - been there twice, two years apart, and both times felt they were trying to wrap up and send me out at the soonest - despite being a member, and visiting in off peak hours! I’ve been going to their Westgate outlet for years and the experience been really good.

I’ve been going to the N20 Vivo branch for the past 3 years and they have been HARD SELLING their packages to me. Every month, they keep asking me to add on extra packages, callus treatment, IBX treatment, anti-fungal treatment - all costing a few thousand in total. I think I’ve spent at least 9k on their packages. I keep saying NO but they KEEP PESTERING me. Even after writing on my record that no packages are to be sold to me again, they still persist. I’m always upset when I’m forced to sign another package because they will guilt trip me - “ you always support us”, “ I spend so much time on your nail art design”. I just wish they will just focus on the service and not engage in any conversation with me. Coming to the nail salon is nothing of a treat for me - but rather something that causes me a lot of discomfort and stress. I dread going to the nail salon but I have to finish my packages. The service is ok but the nail art is inconsistent and they can only do simple designs. I’ve been to many nail salons and I can tell the difference.

BEWARE - do not go to this nail spa. We just got completely ripped off. They charged an outrageous $915 for 3 simple treatments. They offer a reasonable but high price initially and then upsell throughout the treatment for small services (eg an 2 minute shoulder rub) and do not disclose that there is an additional price for this. They then charge an unreasonably high amount. I am so upset and feel completely taken advantage of. Do not go to this spa.

I experienced the worst of worst nail service today. I just extended two nails and put on color. She didn't clean off the color left on my nails, and stuck artificial nails on top of my nail. The size of the artificial nails is very wide to my nails, but they were thick. I asked for service again. And she thought I didn't know Chinese, but when I complained in Chinese, she told me it was noisy and said she wouldn't do the service. Maybe she didn't want another Chinese customer to listen to my complaint. And she said there was no refund. Some employees think customers don't know their native language, so they talk to each other in their native language, and they laugh at customers. finished only two nails in 2 hours, and I paid almost 90 dollars. Just for two nails. And the Vietnamese staff made my nails too thin and it hurt to the point of hotness. I want to ask her, "Have you ever learned about nail polish?" Actually the price and service are the worst. Should never visit here.

I absolutely love this place! Thanks to Helen's dedicated work, my gelish usually lasts a whole month without a single chip (I usually have to come back cos my nails grow with lightning speed 🤣 but never have any quality issue 🙏). She's incredibly nice and always willing to fix anything I'm not happy with. Helen's very patient too, she let me try on several colors before I make my decision. I suffer from painful ingrown toenails that constantly need help to remove. Serene is gentle and skilled, which really eases my fear of physical pain. After she removed those ingrowns, I feel ten times lighter! 🥹 Thank you so much!!!

This is the worst place for manicure in Singapore that I've had the misfortune of visiting. The Vietnamese staff was rude and the quality of her service was preposterous. She went completely overboard on the filing of my nails. My nails feel extremely brittle now. She also failed to adequately remove the dead skin around my nails, and finally, the nail polish was very unevenly applied. I voiced out my discontent, but the Vietnamese staff continued to deny there being anything wrong. I spent $160 on this sad excuse of a manicure. even there was a staff help me to solve this problem, but my nail felt painful.

Very annoying , because every time will ask you to buy more package or top up, or will say your nail has fungus and ask you to do treatment. I have been visiting for 3 years still no change, every-time ask to buy buy buy! I decided to finish up the package and no return . Plus this time it trigger me a lot it is the gel really too thick, make my nail look very ugly !
