I recently purchased a handbag from this store and was disappointed to find that the zipper was not smooth right from the start. I requested a replacement, as I believe it is reasonable to expect a fully functional product when it’s brand new. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer a replacement and instead applied wax to temporarily smooth the zipper. While this may be a short-term fix, it does not address the underlying issue. For the price and brand reputation, I expected better service and a proper solution rather than a patch-up.

Syukri, was of great help to us at Vivo on Xmas eve! He was really friendly and even helped us pack the items very nicely. Made our shopping experience really pleasant. We walked away with a handbag and a wallet.

Bought a pair of slides due to a sale and a footwear emergency due to my sensitivity issues from the hot weather. Asked for assistance in getting wet wipes from the saleslady, whom I remember her surname is Ng, and she gladly obliged plus asked how I was. Wouldnt mind visiting this outlet for future purchases as this is my second time purchasing merchandise from this outlet.

Poor and lousy service despite buying 2 bags. The female sales person is judgemental, looked down on us just because we wore t-shirts and slippers. Will not visit that branch anymore.
