This is the signature fast food restaurant of Universal Studios theme parks. Their burgers are truly appetizing. This time I got their special combo meal in tandem with the Wicked movie. Although the actual burger does not look exactly like the one in the menu, the taste is really good. Ambience is very nice, it's similar to an actual diner in the USA.

Everything was really nice, the food was tasty and we enjoyed our time.
We were served by Songpon and he really made sure that we enjoyed ourselves at the best.

Absolutely disgusted that I was asked to move on whilst eating with my family because I had a beer at the ‘Halal ‘ burger and fries restaurant.
Firstly there was only a small sign on one side of one of the entrance doors stating it was Halal .
No other signs at all .
If you don’t want people not to have any alcoholic drinks in the area you need to address the issue as you do with smoking.
One little sign is inadequate and to be stood over in front of my family and grandchildren until I left the area is appalling.

The staff here, Irene is very attentive and kind. The fries tastes good but the beef burger is dry. Over all i would rate my overall experience a 9/10

The food was great. The cheesy potato was so good. I love the grilled burger. The service also great. It was crowded but the staffs were fast. Mrs Irene was very helpful with a very warm greeting

The food was delicious, though slightly overpriced. Still, we enjoyed the meal and appreciated the lovely ambiance. Would recommend for the experience!

Its the most expensive burger and fries that I ever bought 🥲🥲🥲
But as long as my daughter happy, its fine. The burger cost about IDR 200k and IDR 100k for a fries.

Great atmosphere but honestly the food was lacking. The burger was a ok but not very tasty however the fries were cold we had to get them changed. The chicken nuggets and milkshake were good but I wouldn't recommend eating there. There are better options in the Park such as the pizza for the same money.

song pon was very approachable, friendly, smiley, and he gave us stickers!! he was also very respectful and kind. he provided exceptional service (helping us with our trays when we didn’t know where to put it) he also keeps an eye on customer’s well being. GIVE HIM A RAISE‼️‼️ PLEASE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ we love him <3

A very uniquely pleasant restaurant deco, clean and a nice place to end a tiring day of activities with the kids over at the USS.
The staff over at the cashier, Amirah was very attentive and helpful, to assist us getting a baby chair before we even asked for it!
A small gesture that adds the first experience to our USS trip a wonderful one.
The kids love it here!!!
I personally love the tandoori chicken burger.
Pricing can be more affordable.
And maybe in future, they can have drinks included too in thier set.
Overall, a good place to dine with the family.
