'A friend recommended their chocolate biscuits (cookies). If you're a chocolate lover, DO TRY ONE.
If heaven were real and were food, it would taste like this'.

Love the Marks & Spencer branch in VivoCity, mainly because of the small deli serving fresh baked good, chocolates, wine, chips and an actual decent selection of frozen packed veggies. It’s a nice touch that makes grocery shopping here a little more enjoyable. The clothing section being separate is a plus too—no awkward detours through racks of shirts just to grab a snack. Practical layout, good selection, and a solid go-to spot for shopping especially during Christmas when the store comes alive.

Went to Vivocity Marks & Spencer to purchase some my favorite set of lingerie and Sui Jze was helpful in helping me to find my size as they were not available on the sales floor. Giving her 10 stars for her service 👍⭐️ …

I like the larger number of selection in this M&S outlet with plenty of food options. M&S’s move towards responsibly sourced products is always well appreciated. Some of the fresh food items remain a bit pricey vs local options, but the presence of a bread-loaf bakery fills a niche that exists in VivoCity.

Had a great experience at the M&S VivoCity store on 26 Jun 2025. Ms. Adeline, who was at the fitting rooms and cashier, was super friendly, patient, and went the extra mile to explain the M&S Rewards to me in detail. She made me feel very welcome and her positive attitude really stood out. Really appreciate her excellent service!

We shopped at the Ladies section of this outlet for the first time a week ago and then again today. Jenny Chua and her colleague were professional extending service with excellent attention and care. What a breath of fresh air to be served by them.

I love the new layout for the food section. Usually I just go browsing on the clothing area but the food section was interesting. It was quite newly renovated since the last time I was there on renovation for the food area.
The clothing has some improvement already nowaday. Last time I remembered, only have regular fit which is not in trend anymore. The newly look and design was way better.
I tried the muffin and cookies from the bakery. I would say the taste still lose from the cookies from subway. A bit crispy and hard type for the cookie. Muffin was ok.
The fruits are looking fresh and good. Didn't manage to buy and try but next visit I will try them. The one I would like to try was the pasta, there are so many pasta type which I think I wouldn't be able to try all.

I had a fantastic experience at Marks & Spencer VivoCity, thanks to Ruby. Her service was truly top-notch—she went out of her way to help me find clothes that not only fit me well but were also great value for money. She was patient, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. I really appreciated her genuine effort to make sure I walked away with the best options. Thank you, Ruby!

For a feel of Britain 🇬🇧 during pandemic, M&S Food which is their supermarket is a favourite with their unique house brand products. From wines to bakeries, shortbreads to gins, jams to ice-creams, you feel like in UK suddenly.
Best time to visit is year end towards Christmas when all the festive goodies are in stock.

Disappointing and Disrespectful Service at M&S Vivo City
I had a highly disappointing experience at the M&S store in Vivo City, which profoundly impacted my perception of the brand. Around 6 PM (5 Dec 2023), I approached a staff member with a picture, inquiring about the location of a specific new product, shortbread tea. Instead of assisting, the employee (in the picture one) responded with impatience, dismissively pointing towards the tea section and rudely questioning if I couldn’t see it there. I was well aware of the tea area but needed help locating this new item. Their tone was condescending and reproachful, even when they eventually pointed out the product, asking in a derogatory manner if that wasn’t the shortbread tea. This encounter was shockingly disrespectful and far below the standard I expect from a high-end supermarket like M&S. It was, without doubt, my worst shopping experience at M&S in recent memory, raising serious questions about their staff training and customer service quality. It’s crucial that employees refrain from bringing negative emotions into the workplace, as it deeply affects customer experience. I hope M&S addresses this issue promptly to uphold the quality of service that customers deserve.
