Formal/ smart casual clothes shop. Price is around 100-200$/ piece.

Awful shop. My sister walked in and the lady took one look at her and said we don’t carry this dress in your size (she is a size 12 at most). I was shocked. I don’t understand how shops can treat customers this way as if they don’t want our service? Or maybe this shop’s target audience is ONLY petite individuals. Either way, we will not be visiting this store again.

Very unprofessional service from the Chinese Malaysian sales girl. Mocked at customers and gave a black face after we tried but didn't buy. How to buy if it's not suitable?! Horrible customer service, she should be replaced!

Horrible service. The lady said the dress had no other colours when they did. She blinked her eyes and was not happy to give me the size when I was polite so I left the shop. The worst service ever. I will never come back here again. This is the worst shop at Vivo City.
