Store design is nice! I liked that the fitting room locks are double lock; feels more secure. Had a poor experience with one of the staff though. Wanted to try on a few pieces so I attempted to head to the fitting room, without realising it was the “backdoor” for the fitting room (the main entrance was hidden from my angle). Walked past two staff standing by the “back door” entrance, who seemed taken aback when I approached them and headed in. Noticing their facial expressions, I gestured to the fitting booths. One of the staff just stared at me. Plainly stared. I was so confused. The other staff (Indian lady) was more courteous and gave an indication that it was ok to proceed and head in. I still felt something was amiss, so I asked if I should get a queue ticket, before being told there is no ticket. So I attempted to head in to an empty fitting booth, still confused. The Indian staff then helped me out and pointed me to the right entrance and asked me to join the queue. The staff who just stared and did nothing left a sour taste in my mouth. No smiles, no clarification, no service. What’s she working there for? I don’t know why they couldn’t just explain and guide me from the get go lol. Went in on 27 Aug 2025, around 5:50-6pm.
