Was served by a friendly lady, Liza. Even though there’s the Christmas crowd, she patiently assisted me with the cleaning of the shoe as it was the last pair and the display pair. She also guided us through how to care of the shoes and the cleaning kit that she used. Really happy with service and hope to be served by her if I ever get another pair of shoes again 👍

Bought this pair of shoes a week ago.. found out there was a slight defect.. went back on 13/1/24, the 7th day of purchase to address the defect.. the 2 salesperson and manager was understanding and kind enough to change it for me! Hope management will applaud their attitude..

Hi!My bff bought this pair of shoes n it's wear off after the 2nd times of wearing.He was so upset about it,so am i! I'm the one who's recommended him to go this place to buy his fav pair as he saw my son had the same one. $400! Omg!what is this after feedback with the staffs! No exchange, nothing to do with after our feedback.iwont go back again.Bad service!
