I called earlier today to check if an appointment was needed for my twins haircut and was told there was no need and to just walk in. When we arrived about 30 minutes later, around 4.15pm, we were told to take a queue number and that the next available slot would only be at 6pm. If I had been informed of the long waiting time during my call, I would have simply booked an appointment for another day. Waiting close to two hours with young children is not reasonable. In future, your staff should at least advise customers on the actual waiting time so that we can plan properly. This lack of information caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Waiting time was reasonable when we went one weekend. Stylist seems unskilled. I brought to attention the way she cuts, but she just reasoned that it was because my child hair was ponytailed prior, which I doubt because even after a blow drying, it was still uneven! The way she layered my child's hair was so irregular. Should've taken into consideration to the babies haircut ahead of us, which were also not nice. The lady was nice and polite but her skill seems untrained. it is not recommended for kids. Price is 24$

The auntie who cut my hair needs to retire. I said French Crop, not root crop!!! Very disappointing!! If you’re going here to cut your hair, ask any barbers except auntie. What a mess. Note: The guy barbers are really good. Very professional.

Poor experiment overall 1) upon arrival they told me they canceled by booking due to resources issues. I question why they didn’t phone me in advance and they told me they did. However they can’t pull out any phone record as I questioned. This is Not ethical 2) I m in a rush to have a haircut on that day but they tried to push me away. I refused so they finally advised me to come in - turn out they have resources it’s just they are lazy. 3) I came in with my hair styled with product and they refused to wash my hair before the haircut even after I requested . Lazy again. 4) they cannot even balance left and right during the cut and requires me to advise them how to touch up for multiple times. And obvious my hair has been mess up by these unprofessional people Updates - Since LA barber mess up with my hair - I went to somewhere more professional to fix and the new barber also questioned why LA barber would manage a haircut like this and it’s clearly destructive and unnecessary for the client . Once again don’t go here for any one any age. They are worse than amateur I m not sure if this is this branch’s problem or the whole chain is just unprofessional. But if you care your style than you should not go here. The barbers are mostly unprofessional and you should doubt how they became qualified for the job or being hired.

First visited this outlet at VivoCity back in 2020 as my children needed a hair cut. We had been to a few salons/barbers that specialized in haircuts for children, but the experience wasn't great as the children were still afraid of getting their hair cut (despite the presence of tablets/TVs/toys to distract them). The hair stylists in this particular outlet were really professional and also gentle with the children, and this helped to ease their comfort levels and they finally had their hair trimmed. A few months on, the children now look forward to their hair cut sessions and my toddler son is even comfortable sitting on his own to get his hair done (which is a great relief!) As the shop is quite popular with parents, do expect some waiting time.

The staff are very friendly and nice and hair dresser was careful and polite. However, felt that my baby's hair looked nicer before going than after.. They seem to have only a standard way or style for cutting baby's hair. Looks like a bowl and does not really look nice at all. Highly recommend to go elsewhere if its for baby. They are definitely not suited to serve or cut baby's hair. But for adults hair cut and styles is still pretty good for this shop.

Bad experience *went all the way to vivo city for kids cut and style $24. Greeted by very unfriendly "James" who told me "today closed, only $45 available" The difference is the hair wash *i asked why can't day cut my kids hair without wash for $24 and he kept repeating "today closed", only $45. -Waste of traveling time -they decide what haircuts available -poor communication skills -bad attitude by staff Took my kid to QB premium at B2 and had fantastic experience

We used to love this place when we had our regular stylist. We went there today and she had apparently resigned. The new stylist was told we wanted a simple straight bangs cut with a bit rounded on the corners and she did a terrible job, when we complained and asked for our money back since we needed to go to another stylist to correct the manager there (a bald guy with beard) instead tried to direct us to the kids side of the salon and then when we finally got them to respond (we were waiting in queue just to show them how bad it was) the kids side stylist just said I have to ask him (the bald guy with a head again). He then said message the company essentially not his problem. Terrible service for loyal customers of almost a year!!! I do not recommend this to any parents, our daughter school pics are this week and they did nothing but make her hair worse!

Guy over the phone needs to buck up on his communication skills. Very curt and unfriendly while explaining to me about appointment bookings and walk in
