It is always a joy to be served by Jane and Wesley. Their aim has been consistent in making sure they give me the best care. During the hair treatment, Jane explains the process of each treatment, like how it will benefit my hair. She also indulges in small talks that is always a delight. Very nice and welcoming customer service by Connie. She was able to accommodate me on short notice. My hair stylist was Jet who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a nice hair cut when I was unsure of what to get. He also cut my hair extremely well and I was very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend getting your hair cut by Jet and the rest of the hair salon because of their skills.

Such a good experience at Jean Yip Vivo City! Mariam and Eric were great. Really nice service with attention to detail and patience with me. I asked for a dark brown dye and waves; and got exactly what I wanted.
