I ordered a drink and I asked the woman if there was cream/milk she said no so I got the drink and there was coconut milk! I did not like it so I told another staff. He was so kind and he offered to change my drink without hesitation. I could not get his name as he was too busy but I took a photo from behind but it might not be clear

Zheng Rong so Friendly Staff, love with this Hey tea shop! Their milk tea is incredibly rich and packed with ingredrents Even better, the staff are incredibly welcoming and patient, and their sincerity is palpable both when ordering and when picking up your food

staff are very welcoming and accommodating. recommended the top drinks to try and were efficient with the service. tried the Grape Boom which is their original recommended drink and I highly recommend if you like fruit teas!

The staffs here are very nice especially Yi Mei and the drinks are very delicious too! Would love to visit here again!

Heytea has always been a go-to for me~ Its fruit tea selection never ceases to amaze me! This time, I'm trying the Mango Grapefruit Boom, and it's terrific!

queue can be quite long during lunchtime but the staff are all really nice and patient. drinks are prepared efficiently and the matcha is good, though they're famous for their fruit teas!

Heytea @ Vivocity offers choices of fruit tea, milk tea, pure tea and classic tea. Taste of the beverages were good. The mango boom was refreshing. Sweetness level could be arranged based on our preference. Packaging was neat and clean. Payment could be made by cash and electronic modes

Amazing staff zheng rong!! So polite and he helped me recommend a drink that I enjoyed!! Definitely would come again :)
