I ordered a bowl this evening and specifically requested guacamole, as it was listed on the menu. However, I was quite surprised by how minimal the portion was upon receiving my order. I kindly suggest addressing this, as it falls short of expectations.

Had a meal at Guzman y Gomez and went for the Burrito Rice Bowl. It was flavourful, and the ingredients came together nicely for a satisfying bite. However, it was a bit hard to get the attention of the staff at the counter when I had something to ask.

Shock that the laksa barramundi burrito has hardly any fish and no laksa taste. For $12 I expected more. Service is warm and friendly. Food took 25 mins to arrive, asked where it was after 20 mins and they were kind to check and push it out in next 5. Just find it overpriced for the portion of fish. Burrito is big but fish portion not worth $12. See the ad vs my photo Asked the staff is this is a burrito, taco, or bowl, they said it’s a burrito. If I knew it could be all these options, I would not go for burrito.

My 1st time today after eating Mexican cuisine in US for many years. Had tasty Grilled Chicken Burrito & 💖 their spicy chilli 👍😋. Server, Ms Aleeshia = Very warm, friendly, kind, patient & helpful & I really appreciate 🙏😍.

Takeaway food had hair in it. I thought since the last incident with a nail in the food at the other branch at Orchard the cleanliness standard will be better but this is really disgusting

Great experience at the VivoCity outlet — lively atmosphere and friendly staff. The pulled shiitake tacos were a first for me, and they turned out delicious!

The food as always was great and guzmans is still very deserving of their five stars ! The food atmosphere really enhanced the already amazing food!! Thanks to all guzmans employees for their hard work and dedication again FIVE STARS!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered the grilled steak burrito bowl. It tasted great with red bean beneath the rice that adds extra texture to it!

Food here is so fresh and delicious, quick waiting time and staff here are efficient and friendly!! Will definitely come back again

Food is great, atmosphere is there but only concern is portion size. Like I have had GYG a lot of times, and I don't remember my order being that light. Also, I don't believe their corn chips being so... small? I only got 5 pieces and 1 of them is really small and looks broken, please do something about this...
