Staff seemed to only cater toward a Chinese speaking audience and could not understand simple terms I asked about the product in English such as the material, warranty, and provision of dust bags for the products. When my parents asked about the price of an item, we were told in a loud (and frankly rather rude) tone by the staff to put the price tag back in case it got lost. The price tag was still attached to the product and was not in any way detached. My family and I also did not like the way they promoted and explained their products compared to other brands in the same shopping space, as not only did the staff member sound very unknowledgeable and unconvincing, we felt the pressure to buy just "because it is a good deal" and because it is the "last piece" available. Thus, we left with what we initially came for and nothing more, although there were a few other items that caught our eye.
