For holding area it's good, but can get noisy if there are a few groups. Has a few electrical point. Do share the area, including individual patrons and groups. Not that accessible to water points which can be challenging in the sweltering heat.

Large open area, paved with concrete for beach goers to rest. Very useful area to hide in shelter when there's rain and lightning. Many University camps stop by here. Tug of war usually. See them in action in July-August.

Tourist more than locals, nice beach food and drinks. Safe and easy to move around, roaming band and music. Fireworks at the end of the night topped off a great day.

Good picnic and gathering place. Crowded on PH and weekends. Be sure to come either early in the morning or later in the evening!
