🩷 DAISO & THREEPPY ( 🟧 Vivocity) 1 HarbourFront Walk, #02-41/42, Singapore 098585 🔵 Visited the DAISO & THREEPPY store at VivoCity today and was impressed with the overall layout and shopping experience. 🔵 The store is spacious and brightly-lit, with shelves neatly arranged and clearly categorised, making it easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. ✔️ From kitchenware to stationery, household items to snacks, the variety of items available is extensive —especially if you enjoy discovering unique, functional, and aesthetic Japanese products at very affordable prices. 🔵 What stood out to me was the excellent organisation: everything felt orderly despite the huge volume of products. The merchandise is constantly updated with seasonal themes and trends, which adds to the fun of browsing. ____________________________________________ 🟧 THREEPPY, located within the same space, offers slightly more premium items, and the displays there are particularly well-curated. 🟧 The visual merchandising for Threeppy is very appealing— great for those looking for home decor, gifts, or higher-quality lifestyle goods. ___________________________________________ 🟣 The store features self-payment digital kiosks, which made the checkout process smooth and efficient. It’s a great touch for reducing waiting times, and staff are always nearby to assist if needed. 🟣 Overall, I feel that Daiso & Threeppy stores are clean and well-stocked with a distinctly Japanese feel. ✅️ Definitely worth a visit whether you're shopping for essentials or just exploring. 🔶️ For people on a tight budget, Daiso would be a great shop. ✳️ 10th of June 2025 Tuesday

Was happy with the item I bought and store layout was ok. Had a problem at checkout with a short haired Chinese auntie who yelled at me when I moved from self checkout to the cashier because I didn’t know how to remove an item I didn’t want anymore. She yelled loudly saying I was trying to leave without paying. I tried to tell her I was moving to the cashier because I didn’t know how to remove the item; I thought after a while the machine would restart and not inconvenience the next person. She yelled saying I should’ve called for help so I apologized and she removed the item for me. I thought that was it cause it seemed like a miscommunication that was now cleared up. As I was paying she came up to me again in an angry tone telling me to press my of type payment when I was slow to pay. The entire interaction was uncomfortable as she was very loud and acted unprofessional by making a big scene. Felt very anxious never coming to this Daiso again.

Been at this store today to look for some Teapots i realized that some of the teapot doesnt have the tea strainer that comes with it. I asked this young lady named SANDAR and she really made an effort to check every boxes to find those with tea strainer. She is very helpful, friendly and very polite to all customers thats asking for assistance! She’s a gem in this branch. Thank you so much!

Just bought my stuff from Daiso Vivo on 24/06/2025 at 13:20pm The machine won't allow me to buy 1 drink and force me to buy 2 drinks even though I wasn't interested in the promotion. What makes the matter worse, was that there was a female short-haired chinese self-checkout attendant who treated me like an idiot. Excuse me, how am I supposed to know that I don't have a choice to buy only 1 drink instead of taking up a promotion, when other shops in the country allows you to just buy 1 drink without being forced to take up the promo offer. Her attitude really spoiled my mood. Going to buy my stuff from Don Don Donki instead, at least they don't force you into taking a promo that you're not interested in and the staff actually treats their customers with respect.

I like all the items here because the quality is really good. There is no doubt about Japanese products. Finally I found what I was looking for, because it doesn't exist in my country.

26 May @ 3:40PM: Short hair auntie at the self-checkout counter was rude. I did not know that the little snack packs (ones near the counter) that are stuck together need to be purchased as one. I accidentally tore one of them to scan but can’t and tried to tell the auntie but she just told me in an irritated voice “You cannot tear like this, it comes in 4 packs together” and gave me a death glare lol It was my mistake that I didn’t know that it comes together but her customer service needs improvement. Won’t be coming here again

It is pleasantly scented from the entrance all the way through, and is neat and orderly. I came in to get a hat and a picture frame and got it for about $2-$3 each.

One of the biggest outlets and no crowd on a weekday before lunch. Managed to find the item I wanted here, as the other smaller outlet that I have visited did not have the item I wanted, & bought some time ago. Cashier counters are replaced with self check-out, however, there is still one cashier counter and a staff manning the area.
