I was served by a Malay staff member named Hajar at the Cotton On VivoCity outlet, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. She came across as unwelcoming, unprofessional, and impatient.
We were confused about the discount pricing displayed and sought clarification, but her response was curt and lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
I strongly urge Cotton On management to provide better training to your staff, especially in handling customer inquiries with patience and courtesy. I’ll be avoiding the VivoCity outlet moving forward and will choose to shop at other branches instead.

Wrong location on google maps actually it's very near to kids playground. I don't know how to edit location but you need to walk towards burger king then exit to outdoor playground. You will find KIDS sign. Happy shopping !
