Had a lovely experience both times I was here, major thanks to Cecilia & Felicia! First time I went, Cecilia was so patient & kind as I was looking to try the Mira Shoulder Bag & ended up walking away with it. Second time, I was looking for the Swing Zip - Felicia helped me to PO the bag & was very patient as I was deciding. Really appreciate how nice & approachable the staff are, and I’m very happy with both my bags! ❤️

One of best service I have ever had - friendly, sincere and patient staff who provide personalised service. I left with a most pleasant experience, and it makes me want to go back to the store soon!

Had such a pleasant experience shopping here! Siri is so fantastic and friendly, even gave her opinions on what she thought I would wear more and what would be practical for me. Didn’t realise that the store closes at 10pm and she was still assisting me with hot stamping and was so friendly and courteous. Thank you so much Siti 🫶🏼 …

Wonderful service by Evina! Truly a gem to the store. She was very patient and answered all my questions and helped me find all items that I want. On top of that, she offered to help me polish my existing items. Came in to the store to browse but because of how sweet and nice she is, I left the store with 3 items. She didnt even hard sell me anyth 🤣🤣
