Wide variety of candies. But service is terrible. Non service and consumer mindedness, the very thing that's giving Singapore a bad reputation

Be careful shopping here, yesterday I bought 2 Nutella biscuits for $9.90 and 3 small Hershey's chocolates for $5, a gummy burger for $2.50 and a tiny chocolate bar with no brand, maybe only $2.50 plus a plastic bag for $0.10. The total should have been $20.10 but it ended up being $35.10. Initially, she asked for cash, saying that sometimes paying with a card doesn't work. Stupidly, I didn't ask for a receipt. I realized this when I was on the boat.

Please check expire date and test those candies before giving to your loved ones. As I went candy empire yesterday evening to buy some candies and decided to taste it before giving to my kids and therefore opened one and try but turn out the soft gummy became so hard and hard to chew plus the taste just turned me off. I was disappointed and went back to the shop and informed their staff about it. When I reached the shop one of the lady told me expire date still left with 2 months and she didn’t take my feedback seriously and even told me nobody has complained their product except me. I’m just being nice to let them know and ask them to feedback to their supplier so that they can still provide good quality candies and their price is not cheap as well. What a day☹️

Becareful while shopping here. My wife went there to buy a biscuit for my toddler and was charge more than the price. Only realize after she went home that she was charge extra 5.80 for a chocs she didnt bought. $5.80 is a small amount to me but the character of the cashier is not right for charging extra to cover her own loss or shortage of money in the cash register. Employer of the shop, kindly hire a proper human to operate your business. Dont because of such staff your business get a bad reputation. This happen on 24 Nov 2022.

🟩Candy Empire 🟧 1 HarbourFront Walk, #B2-03 VivoCity mall, Singapore 098585 🟨 I've been to Candy Empire at VivoCity several times over the years, and I'm always excited to explore their vast collection of confectionery items. ● Decor = ✳️ The store is visually appealing, with rows and stacks of candies creating a colourful and inviting atmosphere. 🔷️ It's like stepping into a confectionery wonderland that makes you want to try everything. 🟦 Confectionery Items = The store features a wide variety of gourmet treats from different countries, including Australia, Europe, and the US. 🟨 I personally love their Allen's Minties, which are soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious. 🟩 Fox's Glacier hard candies are another favourite of mine, reminiscent of my childhood when my late father would bring them home. ❇️ Overall, I feel that Candy Empire is a great store for anyone looking for unique treats.

Had been a customer for more than 10 years. Always visit Candy Empire outlet whenever I am in Vivocity. There is a variety of chocolates that I can't find anywhere else. Prices is reasonable if there is special offers although the shelf life of the product is short. As usual today I was at this outlet and $40 poorer. But I enjoy the chocolates 🍫 😋
