Had a disappointing experience at the VivoCity outlet. I was just casually shopping and suddenly wanted to buy a pair of shoes, but couldn't get any proper assistance from the staff. They were on their phones and did not respond sincerely when I asked questions. Their attitude felt inattentive and unprofessional. :(

visit this shop last weekend 13/10/24 and its quite busy as usual just browsing with my mom and got assisted by this sweet joyful sales girl knows what to recommend to my mom and their customer service is superb as well as to the staff tall guy they both accommodate and served all their customers. We are the last one who got served my mom is very happy with their service and with her purchase. Thank you to the both of you, you made our shopping extra special. excellent service and Great job 👍👍

Huge thanks to Marissa for being so helpful and patient despite the crowd. Even though the shoe size I wanted wasn’t available, she took the initiative to call another outlet and reserve it for me. Really appreciate the great service!

i bought a pair of birkinstock and one of the enployee a malay guy wearing black jacket was very very nice. he patiently helped me picked out a pair and color. i asked for a few to try and i felt bad yet he still helped me willingly. i dont know his name but i just want to thank him and he deserves a compliment! 🫶🏻 …

didn't manage to take a glance at her nametag but amazing service by the short-haired malay saleslady with glasses. polite, friendly, wonderful saleswoman and efficient! promptly assisted me as soon as i step foot in the store and kindly guided me with the krisflyer app, very much appreciated! props to her 🌟 …
