Failed cashier services observed - there are 2 available cashiers where one was closed for cashier balancing at 5pm which i thought supposed to be done at end of the day. Long queue starts to form at only counter. When the other cashier opens, she (china national) claims that it’s open “just for her” customers, when cashier counter is always open for ALL customers. Is this the modern customer services that one should expect for being a spending consumer. I recommend SG locals not to spend time & $ to seek this kind of rubbish attitude. Bonus part - there is just too many China tourists here who do the same kind of squeezing, cutting q, massive shopping madness = real time war zone. So conclusion, AVOID. As there is no manager on duty for this shop, no one will be able to control the crowd or guide their sales personnel (80% made up of china nationals again, So GG) shd shut down permanently
