Even though not the main stream popular brand like Nike, Puma, Skecher, they do carry good quality children shoe. Had a very good experience in the shop today buying shoe for my daughter. Sales staff with spec was nice.

Visited this branch on 6 nov, was being assisted by Cecille, I was looking for kid shoes with rollers. The only pair got a bit stain so I did not take. Cecille has assisted me to check at other branches and provide me with the info.

This happen on 26th Dec 2023, at about 5pm. The lady manager of this Bata shoes outlet at the Habourfront was not helpful as not willing get he shoe size that I had asked for. The reason being told was she had a lot of other customers to serve. Means that I am not consider as one of the customer or not important to her? She raised her voice to me and showed a rude face when I asked am I not considered as one of the Bata customer? So ridiculous and really puzzled me!!!! At the end, i decided not to argue with this unreasonable lady manager and walked away. I hope the management from the Bata shoes can looks into this case seriously. Please train and educate your outlet's manager on how to serve customer in manner before hire/promote them.

Bata's quality of products and services has always been good. The staff was helpful with my purchases. Admittedly I didn't really need to try a pile of shoes before I decided upon a pair, but the experience was pleasant nonetheless.

great shoe store, with a large variety of nubbad quality shoes, school shoes, office shoes for men and women. price generally ok and have discount for Bata members. however, women office shoes very comfy but design soso and sometimes not alot staff to service u but generally ok
