Two visits, two mistakes — over $80 wasted at Adidas VivoCity.
Items bought: SG60 Rep Your Hood “Sengkang” tee on two separate visits
First visit: Asked for design on the front of the tee — came back to find it on the back. Staff insisted he “heard back” but offered no solution.
Second visit: Staff briefly showed a black design that seemed to only differ in font colour. No one mentioned it had a transparent hut — which clashed badly with the red tee. No advice given, no quality check before handing it over.
Result: Poor service, zero attention to detail, and no care for customer satisfaction.
Adidas, please contact us urgently to resolve this.

The Adidas store at VivoCity is a fantastic shopping spot for sportswear enthusiasts. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with finding the right size or style. Their service makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable!

Trying to get some attention here since the various methods of visiting the store and trying to use the app for contact seems to not work.
Bought the Adilette 22 in Feb 2025. At the point of checking, unfortunately, I didnt detect possible discolouration of the right footwear and about some time later, it became very apparent, as shown in the picture.
I visited in March and staff took pictures and mentioned they will email the headquarters/supplier (i dont know) to check. I'm guessing they feel its a manufacturer's defect and not the staff mistaking a display piece and selling it to me.
It's mid-May now and I've visited a couple more times and got bored waiting. I'm still an ardent Adidas fan but I guess, I'll visit this store for my test fits but order them online instead.

If I could, I would rate this 0 stars. This outlet has many rude employees. I'm not sure if the managers are trained to serve customers professionally. The way they speak to customers is really like being in a third world countries. Third world countries also do not speak rudely but politely.
Recently, a friend of mine attended an interview and found the managers to be quite rude, making them feel very uncomfortable. The company seems to have become very negative and closed to new opportunities. Before the interview even started, an employee asked them to wait until 11:00 am, even though it was only 15 minutes away. If your team continues to treat customers and potential employees this way, I don't see a future for this particular outlet.

I love this location and bought something from there too! My other half was looking for adidas samba og shoes and found what she wanted. What amazed us was the service from Den. He was helpful and make our time at the shop till purchasing with ease too! Will recommend here to buy adidas shoes and the shop is cozy too!

Thanks Nuha for the extremely wonderful service! She spent a good 30 minutes assisting us with the vinyl printing on my partner's tee, patiently showing us the stickers available and answering all our queries. Her happy demeanour made our shopping experience very enjoyable. Someone give this girl a pay raise!

The service is very poor. The customer service just left without assisting. Had no time to even ask about the product and she just left. And more importantly there wasn’t many customer in the store. Made me feel that the staff were really selective in terms of providing customer service. Really unprofessional and very unpleasant experience for me! Adidas Singapore should really look into it! Bad attitude for being selective towards customer! The photo is showing me taking the product to counter which I don’t mind actually! But the attitude is just bad!!!

I was served by this cheerful and helpful staff JayPee last sunday at your vivo outlet. Jaypee is a gem to your company, his patient customer approach and always staying cheerful is not what you can find in the retail industry today. I will sure visit the vivo outlet again because the service i experienced is pleasant and unforgettable. Keep up the good work.
