The heart of this year's festivities lies in the "Gallop into Spring" experience at Sentosa Sensoryscape. Guests can wander through a series of majestic celestial horse installations that blend art with the festive spirit. These captivating displays provide an immersive journey, perfect for families and friends looking to capture beautiful memories while soaking in the auspicious atmosphere of the New Year.
Traditional Performances and Festive Encounters
If you are planning your visit for the first and second days of the Lunar New Year (February 17–18, 2026), the island will be buzzing with cultural activities. You can witness the power and grace of lively lion dance performances, which are scheduled to take place at 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. These performances are a staple of the season, believed to bring good fortune and drive away negative energy.
In addition to the dances, keep an eye out for the iconic trio of Fu Lu Shou. These deities, representing Prosperity, Status, and Longevity, will be roaming the island to spread blessings and cheer. You can find them during the first 20 minutes of every hour from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a final appearance from 6:30 PM to 6:50 PM.
