Youth Engagement Officer

Contract            : 6 months
Location            : Bukit Panjang - Senja
Working hour    : Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8.30 am to 2pm; Wednesday and Fri: 11.30 am to 5 pm (inclusive of 30 min lunch break)
Salary               : $2600 per month

Student Support and Mentoring - Provide individualised support through one-on-one sessions and small group work with students who may benefit from additional guidance. This includes working with students facing academic challenges, attendance concerns, or personal circumstances that impact their school experience. You will collaborate with our Case Management Team to deliver timely and effective interventions for students with behavioural support needs.

Programme Implementation - Support the delivery and coordination of various Uplift programme components, including academic support sessions, life skills development workshops, career guidance activities, and enrichment programmes designed to enhance students' personal growth and social engagement.

Stakeholder Liaison - Serve as an important link between students, teaching staff, and families, advocating for student needs and facilitating effective communication across the school community to ensure comprehensive support.

Progress Monitoring - Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes, working collaboratively with teaching staff to identify students who would benefit from programme participation and support.
