X50 Assembly Technician (Semiconductor)

We are mass hiring! Come join us to get hands-on with the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of wire bonders in a global semiconductor MNC!

Location: Serangoon North, Singapore

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Salary: Basic Up to $2800 Per Month + Bonus + Shift Allowance

Working days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday

Shift timings (Fixed shift):

• Morning shift: 6.45am to 3.15pm
• Afternoon shift: 2.45pm to 11.15pm (Shift allowance $10/day)
• Night shift: 10.45pm to 7.15am (Shift allowance $15/day)

Job Scope:

• Assemble and test wire bonder machines according to engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve semiconductor machine issues.
• Perform data entry into the central system.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC Engineering qualification
