Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist the Wok 1 in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes served are consistent with restaurant standards.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen in compliance with NEA regulations.
• Assist in stock control and proper use of kitchen ingredients.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine.
• Experience in wok cooking is preferred.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
