JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Wellness , the Wellness Conceirge plays a key role in delivering exceptional wellness experience and care. This role includes managing reception duties and concierge services across the spa, salon, and, fitness center. The Wellness Concierge will be the first point of contact for the guests, embodying the hotels commitment to excellence, luxury, and wellness.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Reception and Concierge Services

  • Greet guests and members warmly and professionally.
  • Manage reception duties, including check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide professional concierge services, assisting guests with reservations and service coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including billing and maintaining guest records.

Guest Experience & Care

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized service to all guests.

Operational Support

  • Support the daily operations of the spa, salon, and fitness center, ensuring smooth functionality.

Wellness Expertise

  • Stay updated on wellness trends to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Assist in promoting and coordinating wellness programs and events.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Director of Wellness and other team members to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings to share feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Observe all brand/operating standards and/or LQA.
  • Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to reporting manager immediately.
  • Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organised by the Hotel.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or service-related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric approach
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with wellness practices such as massage, yoga therapy, personal training, nutrition, coaching, or counseling is an added advantage
  • Has a polished and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Flexible with working days and hours including weekends and public holidays
