Weekend Trainer Assist (Saturday AM only)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and assist in implementing the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Assist in the preparation and upkeeping of teaching resources, arrangement, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to commit to working on every Sat (8am - 2.30pm)
• Experience in working with young children will be an advantage
• Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
• Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
• Excellent communication and classroom management skill
