Website Admin (3months)

Contract Duration: 3 months (April to Jun 2026)
Location: Maxwell Chambers Suites, 28 Maxwell Rd, #03-09 Maxwell Chambers Suites
Salary: $2200
Working hour: 9am-6pm (4 weekdays a week)

Content & Data Management

• Assist in consolidating existing website content, documents, and media assets.
• Organise and tag files systematically to support migration.
• Upload and format content within the new Content Management System (CMS).
• Ensure consistency in formatting, links, and document naming conventions.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough checks to identify broken links, formatting issues, and outdated information.
• Proofread content for basic grammar, spelling, and layout accuracy.
• Support user testing by documenting bugs and feedback

Project Coordination

• Track migration progress and maintain content status logs.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather updated materials.
• Follow up on outstanding items to keep timelines on schedule.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and recording action points.

General Administrative Support

• Maintain an organised repository of website assets.
• Assist with simple image resizing or document formatting where required.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks related to the website project.
