Warehouse Logistics Assistant

• Located at Jurong Port/Tuas

• Global logistics company

• $2000-2500 per month + Bonus

• 5.5 days work week, 9am to 6pm (Mon- Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat)

• Permanent & Contract position available

Job Description:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, space planning, and inventory control to ensure smooth logistics flow.

• Coordinate closely with service providers and internal teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, accurate weighing procedures, and operational efficiency.

• Perform routine warehouse checks, submit timely reports and support issue resolution across logistics functions.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience in Logistics/Admin Operations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts)

• Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment
