Urban Design Assistant

Location: Maxwell
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Hour: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm; Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Period: 6 months

• Conduct spatial and data analysis of sites to facilities urban design studies
• Conduct benchmarking studies and able to extract relevant learning points for application. 
• Make physical site models 
• Visual communication to assist in preparation of presentation
• Utilise AutoCAD to generate / edit base plans

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD). Candidates should also be able to read and interpret site plans.
• Diploma in Architecture/Landscape Architecture or related fields / professional experience in drafting
