Training Programmes Admin (6 months, Tiong Bahru)

Exciting Training Admin role within the Social Service!

• Up to $2,900 per month
• 6-month contract
• Tiong Bahru MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and administrative support for courses, assessments, and events, including coordination of logistics.
• Handle phone, email, and walk-in enquiries from learners.
• Process and manage course enrolment applications from both individual learners and organisations.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers to support the smooth delivery of assigned courses and events.
• Monitor and follow up on invoices, outstanding payments, refunds, and appeals or waiver requests.
• Provide learner support to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of assigned classes and programmes.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 2 years of experience in Programme Administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and systematic team player.
