Job Summary

You will assist walk-in customers with money exchange transactions accurately and efficiently in a resort environment at Sentosa Island.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with money exchange transactions to ensure accurate and timely service
• Use simple computer software to process transactions, following training provided
• Communicate clearly in basic spoken English and Malay to support customer interactions
• Work effectively in two 12-hour shifts covering day and night schedules
• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in a resort setting
