Traffic Marshal, Transport Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Traffic Marshal to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth traffic flow, maintaining orderly carpark operations and providing exceptional service to internal and external guests. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe and efficient transport environment while upholding service excellence in all guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth vehicular movement and monitor carpark occupancy levels.
• Perform carpark enforcement duties, including managing penalties for non-compliance of parking guidelines.
• Deliver transport-related services such as carpark lot reservations, vehicle verification and direction for events, buggy shuttle operations, lane or ramp closures, and placement of event signage.
• Attend to guest enquiries and respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Manage queues for taxis, public buses, team members buses, and coach bays.
• Assist guests with vehicle-related issues such as changing punctured tyres, jumpstarting vehicles, and facilitating carpark coupons redemptions.
• Ensure efficient traffic and parking operations to provide seamless guest experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service or transport-related industry is an advantage.
• No prior experiences are required; Training will be provided.
