RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform system-level validation and performance tracking for Intercept-Solve self-help solutions using analytical dashboards.
• Ensure accurate and timely release of self-help videos, including metadata setup in Widen and posting to target channels.
• Share self-help videos and playlists with Social Media support teams.
• Track video effectiveness through engagement metrics (views, likes, shares) and quality indicators (Case Rate, Star Rating).
• Analyse customer sentiment and feedback from dashboards and social media channels.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve self-help video content.
• Share weekly updates on release status, effectiveness, and insights with DfSH and Project V teams.
• Support the development of a blueprint for future self-help video creation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, content operations, reporting or digital support environment.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, or performance tracking using dashboards and metrics.
• Familiarity with digital content management, video platforms, or metadata tools (e.g. Widen) is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse customer feedback and sentiment data from surveys, ratings, and social media channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights and updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, content, and support teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard-based reporting tools.
