Temp Executive (Project Support)

Join government agency to gain hands-on experience in organizing information and supporting meaningful projects!

• Contract Period: 1 year
• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Location: Buona Vista

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage documents and information.
• Suggest ways to improve processes and use digital tools to work more efficiently.
• Help with projects by interviewing people, taking notes, and recording important stories and experiences.
• Create simple reports or documents from the collected information.
• Make information easy for the team to access and use.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Information Science, History, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in admin, project support, or similar roles.
